There were no further <br />objections. <br />The Mayor closed the Hearing at 7 :15 p.m. <br />Motion by Malvin to conditionally approve the rezoning on re- <br />ceipt and approval of building permit. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 ayes <br />Mr. Glen Dawson, Police Civil Service Commission Chairman, <br />presented a certified list of qualified men for the position of pa- <br />trolman. Their recommendation was Mike Oliver Kniss. (Action <br />deferred to later date.) <br />Motion by La Vague to approve agreement with a New Brighton <br />resident, D. Dean Thompson, 1321 Co. Rd. H to use municipal water <br />from Mounds View. He gave verbal permission to enter property as <br />required to read and examine meter as needed.
