PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of <br />the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 7 :00 p.m. <br />December 27, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer <br />Public Works <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Donald C. Hodges <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Ingram C. Rustad <br />Charles D. La Vaque <br />Perry Malvin (Arrived at 7 :25) <br />Sheldon Boehm <br />Walter Skiba <br />Joanne La Casse <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on rezoning the East 210' <br />of Lot 16, Block 5, Pinewood Terrace # 2 from R -1A to B -3 at <br />7 :00 p.m. <br />The Clerk read the legal and attested to publishing and mailing. <br />There was no one present who spoke for or against the proposal. <br />The Mayor called three times for objectors; there were none. <br />The hearing was closed at 7:10 p.m. <br />Motion by La Vaque to rezone the East 210' of Lot 16, Block 5, <br />Pinewood Terrace # 2 from R -1A to B -3 conditioned upon approval of <br />building permit. Seconded by Hodges. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve lot split and allow variance <br />requested by Marc Adams, 8004 Red Oak Drive. Variance # 1 allows <br />74' frontage on one lot. Variance # 2 allows a 1/12 ' side yard <br />set back on garage side. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 ayes. <br />At 7 :30 p.m. the Mayor called for further bids on sewer main- <br />tenance equipment and the announced bids were closed. <br />The Clerk opened the bids and the Engineer read them as follows: <br />
