That part of the southwest quarter of southeast quarter and <br />also that part of the southeast quarter of southeast quarter of <br />Section 8, T. 30 N., R. 23 W., lying southwesterly of the right -of -way <br />of Trunk Highway 10 as now laid out and established contained within <br />a strip of land 66 feet wide whose centerline is described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 8, distant <br />897.5 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, thence run north- <br />westerly at an angle of 54 degree 53' with said south section line <br />for 411.70 fee," to the actual point of beginning, thence run s'uth- <br />westerly at, right angls to last described course- 145 feet. to the <br />southwesterly right -of -way line of Trunk Highway 10, thence continuing <br />southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 717.08 feet <br />and delta angle of 11 degree 09'03" 130 feet more or less and there <br />terminating, which lies northwesterly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 8, distant <br />897.5 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, thence run north- <br />westerly at an angle of 54 degree 53' with said south section line <br />432.70 feet to the actual beginning of the line herein to be des- <br />cribed, thencerun southwesterly at right angles to last described <br />course 275 feet more or less to its intersection with the northwes- <br />terly line of the 66 -foot wide strip of land hereinbefore described. <br />Seconded by Johnson 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt ')rdinance # 135 rezoning certain <br />properties within the Village of Mounds View.
