The Pclice Department is to <br />issue one tag each day until the problem is corrected. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to prepare a resolution <br />regarding employee benefits and duties& <br />The Council expressed their appreciation to the Civil <br />Defense and Boy Scouts for their assistance ..durng;;the Easter Egg <br />Hunt. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept Final Plans and Specs for <br />Improvement 1966 -3. This includes C 1 and C 3.. The Public Hearing <br />was held July 12, 1965 and at that time the plans were ordered. <br />Also Spring Lake Road which was ordered on February 28, 1966 at the <br />time of the public hearinge Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to advertise for bids for Improvement <br />Project 1966 -3, Schedule A; B, and CI Bids to be opened May 9 <br />at 12:30 p.m. <br />The Attorney reported on the six basements on Lois and <br />Knoll. Four of the six home owners indicated they will clean up <br />and possibly rebuild. The Council set May 15 as the deadline for <br />cleaning up or the Council will proceed under the dilapidated <br />building law. <br />The Attorney was directed to write the Ramsey County <br />Board requesting them to pay a portion of the cost of the Engineers <br />study for County Road H extension. <br />The Attorney read the amendments to the zoning ordinance. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt ')rdinance 136 amending Ord- <br />inance 67. Seconded by Rustad. 3 ayes. <br />Johnson and Malvin nayes. <br />The proposed ordinance was referred to the Planning <br />Commission for a new report. <br />The Engineer presented the amendment to sewer Improvement <br />Project 1966 -2. F. D. Chapman agrees to pay the additional $50.00 <br />per hook -up if sewer is not available by June 1, 1966. The project <br />should be completed by next week. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling <br />$38,905.37. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. (List <br />attached). Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes. <br />The Engineer read a letter regarding sewer assessments for <br />property on Greenfield Avenue owned by John Kardell. <br />
