Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council <br />was called to order by Acting Mayor Malvin at 8 :00 p.m. on <br />July 11, 1966, at the Village Hall - 2401 Highway #10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Acting Mayor Perry Malvin <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Absent: <br />Mayor <br />Trustee <br />Ingram Rustad <br />Gary Lang <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />A special meeting will be held Tuesday, July 12, 1966 to <br />set the date for public hearing for concrete curb and gutter <br />improvement. <br />The Clerk's ')ff ice was directed to write a letter to <br />N.S.S.S.D. requesting them to withold the additional $50.00 <br />fee for sewer hook -up on Fairchild Avenue. This area is <br />not completed and connections are not allowed. <br />Mr. Boehm reported that there will be a delay in street <br />resurfacing on Lois and Knoll. This area will be re- surveyed <br />to correct the road by placing it on the center of the right <br />of way. <br />It was reported that Judicial Ditch #1 was damned up. <br />This is a breeding place for bugs. This was referred to the <br />Engineer and Mr. Skiba. <br />A petition was received to delete Groveland Road - South <br />of Highway #10 - from the State Aid Program. This was referred <br />to the Engineer for report. <br />The Water Report for June was read and filed. <br />The B & E Patrol Report for June was read and filed. <br />The Police Patrol Report for June was read and filed. <br />The Police Department reported that the property at 2525 <br />County Road I is being cleaned up. <br />The Engineer reported on the bids that were opened at <br />12:30 this date. <br />
