Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special <br />Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to <br />order -at 7 :00 p.m. on July 25, 1966 at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10. <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Absent: <br />I. C. Rustad <br />Lloyd J. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to order concrete curb and gutter <br />for Rainbow Lane. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to order concrete curb and gutter <br />for Greenwood Drive.
