Rustad <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Gary K. Lang <br />Perry Malvin <br />Richard Johnson <br />Sheldon Boehn <br />Richard Meyers <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by Blanchard to request a list of the three top <br />c�'igible applicants from the Police Civil Service Commission to <br />.place part time Police Officer Mike Kniss who recently resigned. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 3 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to advertise for bids for 1967 Police <br />vehicle. Bids to close October 28, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. Delivery <br />c te will be January 1, 1967. Seconded by Lang. 3 Ayes. <br />At 7 :00 P.M. the Mayor opened the public hearing for water <br />:._mprovement project on Spring View Lane. <br />The Clerk read the legal notice and attested to the publishing <br />and mailing of same. <br />The Council announced that they would not consider the <br />?mprovement for the North 164' of Spring View Lane. <br />The Mayor called for objectos and they are as follows: <br />cy Nelson 1885 Spring View Lane <br />`1,W. Shaw • 1862 Spring View Lane <br />not having assessment <br />affected 100' of frontage <br />The Mayor called three times and there were no further <br />,Lbjectors. The hearing was closed at 7:30 P.M. <br />The Council decision on this matter will be made at <br />e next regular Council meeting to be held September 13, 1966. <br />e Mounds View Mobile Home Park was discussed at great length. The <br />!urchase agreement with Norseman Construction was read by the Villas <br />Attorney, Richard Meyers. The Mobile Home Park is having problems <br />the various contractors. They were advised to file suit <br />.against the contractors bonds <br />Mr. Meyers advised the Council that the park is not complete <br />,7d should consider removal of the trailers until said park is <br />.::_r ?leted and complies with the Village Ordinance. <br />The Mayor announced that the ordinance would be enforced. <br />e Mobile Home Park must be brought up to date by October 1, 1966 <br />
