PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE C'UNCIL <br />VILLAGE '7F WINDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY C'7UNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Persuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br />Village Council was called to order on December 5, 1966 at 7 :00 P.M. <br />by Mayor Rustad at the Village Hall --2401 Highway 10, St. Pail, <br />Minnesota. <br />Officers Present <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Also Present <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Motion by Rustad to designate Richard Meyers, Village Attorney, <br />to act as the Village Representative in the matter of the meeting with <br />the labor concilliation on December 8, 1966.in regatd+r to the,sontract <br />wage proposal with the maintenance employees. Seconded by Johnson. <br />5 Ayes <br />The clerk's office was directed tc write a letter to the Planning <br />Commission stating that the recommendations for the Peterson property <br />is not in order.
