PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 23, 1967 <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council Was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 1967 at the Village Hall, 2401 <br />Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Officials Present <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Also Present <br />I. Rustad <br />Robert Walser <br />Perry Malvin <br />Gary Lang <br />Richard Johnson <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Engineer Sheldon Boehm <br />Deputy Clerk Marilyn Lidberg <br />The minutes of January 9, 1967 were read as requested by the Council and the <br />following corrections were made: <br />1. The name of the construction company mentioned in the amendment to the <br />Engineer's appointment motion changed from Lametti and Sons to Peter Lametti Con- <br />struction Company. <br />2. Cost of flushing tank for maintenance department changed from around $2,000 <br />to around $500. <br />3. Inserting Mayor Rustad's tmswer to a question from the floor concerning the <br />single job classification for all maintenance men. Mayor Rustad pointed out that the <br />union had specifically requested that all maintenance men be classified the same and <br />receive the same salary. <br />4. Correction of statement by the Engineer concerning the catch basin at Hill- <br />view and Quincy to read: The Engineer indicated that payment for the completed catch <br />basin and drainage project at Hillview and Quincy has been submitted for state aid <br />reimbursement of the approximate $3,300 cost. <br />The license for Music Service Inc. on the licenses for approval sheet was <br />listed as the second item under the "General Contr ctors" heading instead of being <br />listed separately under "Music Public Address" heading. <br />MOTION made, (Rustad) seconded (Lang), to -Approve the minutes as corrected. <br />Motion Carried 5 Ayes <br />11r. G. P. Nordell, representing First Federal in the matter of the Ackerman <br />lot split, read the legal description of the property and correspondance relating <br />to the matter. Mr. Nordell and Mr. Ackerman would like to have a lot split for <br />
