PROCEEDINGS CF THE VILLAGE CJUI\CIL, <br />V IL LAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINN. <br />Persuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View was <br />called to order at the Village Hall on Monday Febuary 6th <br />at 8 :15 P. M. by Mayor Rustad, with the following members present: <br />Malvin, Walser, Rustad, Lang, and Johnson. Others present: <br />Walter Skiba and Mr. J. Nagle of the St. Paul Dispatch. <br />Motion made by (Rusted), seconded (Johnson), to set the time <br />and date for a public hearing on Suplimentary Assessments <br />D.P. A47, A51, A52, A53, A54, A55, A56, A57, A58, and A59 <br />for 7 :30 P. M. on March 1, 1967. Motion Carried 5 Ayes <br />Motion made (Johnson,), seconded (Lang) to set the time <br />and date for a public hearing on curb and gutter improvements <br />(12 Oaks Area.) between Long Lake Rd. and Silver Lake Rd., on the <br />streets from County Rd. H. to Woodcrest and also Greenwood from <br />Woodcrest to woodale for 7 :00 Pa M. on March 1, 1967 <br />Motion Carried 5 Ayes, <br />Motion made (Johnson), seconded (Lang) to set March 6, 1967 <br />at 12:00 noon as the time and date for opening bids on the water <br />and sewer extentions in Section 17. <br />Motion made (Johnson), seconded (Lang) to adjourn. <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.
