-4- <br />M /S /F (Lang /Malvin) To approve the Lot Split for Frank Gabrysh, 2088 County <br />Road J. 5 Ayes <br />The Attorney commented on need for the Engineer or Attorney to review all Lot <br />Splits. <br />Trustee Johnson suggested a routing form to insure that Lot Splits are routed <br />through the Attorney or the Engineer. Trustee Lang suggested an extra copy <br />be made to be sent to Attorney or Engineer. <br />The Attorney is interented in reviewing the assessment picture on properties, <br />and would have requesting parties sign a waiver to permit adjustment of <br />assessments without having a hearing. <br />M /S /' (Lang /Johnson) To approve the use of the Hall for a Teen dance to be <br />held Friday, April 14, 1967. <br />Trustee Malvin commented on the large breakfast crowds at local establishments. <br />The Attorney suggested that the Police Chief advise the owners that the people <br />must stay out of Bar areas. <br />No Inspectors reports. <br />The Attorney will attend the next Agenda meeting to discuss insurance. <br />The Rice Creek hook -up agreement was discussed. <br />M/S/P (Malvin /Johnson) To authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement. <br />5 Ayes <br />The Engineer discussed the Fridley Storm Sewer project that will serve a <br />small portion of Mounds View. Referred to Agenda meeting. <br />The Attorney recommended a letter be sent to the County advising them not <br />to release the funds to Barton until he gets Chives to remove the equipment <br />along Silver Lake Road. <br />The Mayor declared April 23 -29 Community Clean -up Week. <br />Resident Bill Seaton representing the Mounds View Jaycees requested the use <br />of Village equipment for Lark clean -up on Saturday, April 22, 1967. <br />The Mayor authorized the use of the back -hoe and indicated that the Village <br />will pay for a Village Maintenance employee to operate it. <br />Mayor Rusted commented on the retirement of P-ir. Reeder from the Mounds View <br />School District.
