Resident Art Spagenski submitted a list of neighbors signatures <br />supporting his keeping of a horse on his property on Arden Ave. The <br />list was referred to Police Chief Ernie Grabawski to check and will <br />report back to the council. ,If horse is kept in violation of <br />ordinance #67, a special use permit will be required. <br />M/S /P (Walser/Rusiad) -to accept the resigination of Marlys Overson <br />effective May 12, 1967. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P (Walser /Malvin)to approve licenses as per attachment to April <br />10, minutes. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P (Walser/ Malvin)- to approve Resolutions #297 and #298 approving <br />lot splits for tax apportionment. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P(Lang/ Walser)- to approve the Final Plots of Gustaysons third <br />and forth additions. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P(Walser /Johnson)-to authorize the purchase of a file cabinet for <br />$13.49 for use by the treasurer for village records in her home. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P(Walser /Johnson) -To approve payment of bills as represented by <br />check numbers 3147 through 3172 and 974 through 977 and 979 through <br />1,000 and 395 through 404. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P /(Walser /Johnson) -to authorize the use of the Village Hall by the <br />Mounds View Jaycees on April 29, 1967, subject to normal clean up <br />agreement. <br />Trustee Lang discuissed the Ackerman request for a Lot Split. <br />M/S /P(Lang /Johnson) -to concur with the Planning Ccmrnission <br />recommendations as per survey and approve the Lot Split for Mr <br />Ackerman. 5 ayes. <br />The Bringewatt request for rezoning of the property at 2138 Highway # <br />10 from 81 to B3 for retail sporting goods sale and repair was <br />discussed. The Planning Commission has expressed agreement. <br />M/S /P(Lang /Malvin) -to set May, 22, 1967, at 9:00 P.M. as the date <br />for a hearing on the rezoning of 2138 Highway #10 from B1 to B3. 5 ayees. <br />all <br />The owner must supply an abstract listing affected parties within <br />250 feet prior to the mailing of notices for the hearing. <br />The Attorney discussed the resolution abating assessments. <br />M/S /P(Malvin /Johnson)- to apply for relief of taxes on property <br />acquired by the Village. 5 ayes. <br />M/S /P(Walser /Rustad) -To approve resolution #299 abating assessments <br />on property identification 59 0080 150 80- Skelly Oil Co. 5 ayes. <br />Since receipts numbered 6759 and 6761 prove payment has been made. <br />
