Trustee Malvin announced that all signatures on the list submitted by <br />Art Spagenski approving his keeping of a horse have been verified. <br />The Police Chief will investigate ownership of property on Oakwood <br />and get it cleaned up to control rat problems. <br />Resident reported that cats are being shot in the Oakwood area and <br />that his cat is recovering from a bullet wound. The Mayor advised <br />that firing fire arms is illegal in the Village and the Police will <br />check on this. <br />Resident questioned unique parking limitations imposed along Sunnyside.t <br />The wording on the parking signs will be checked. <br />Resident questioned equipment storage behind the Mermaid.., Most <br />equipment will be sold or used on jobs shortly. <br />Resident, Mr.- Colby, requested the Council reconsider its decision to <br />leave part of the drainage system in his area as an open ditch, rather <br />than covering. <br />M/S /P (Malvin /Johnson) To adjourn (9:19 P.M.) 5 Ayes <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Robert Walser /Village Clerk <br />
