The Engineer advised that permits should be <br />obtained before any filling up to a county road is attempted. <br />The Engineer reported that as of today we are on Blaine water and the <br />;later tower is ready to be painted. The painting will probably not <br />be completed in May due to the late start. <br />In a discussion of scheduling police exams, it was decided to wait <br />until a latex date as we are not yet ready to hire additional police <br />personnel. <br />Mir.
