-4- <br />Engineer Boehm read letters regarding storm sewer drainage easements. <br />Mr. W. Spicer has been advised that his drainage ditch problem can <br />only be solved by petition to the county. <br />Engineer Boehm reported on the interconnection with the Blaine water <br />system. Mounds View will bill Blaine for $819.67 (one third of cost) <br />as pex our agreement with them. <br />Engineer Boehm reported on the Bid Opening for Project 1967 -3 and <br />made his recomendations. <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Malvin) -To accept the bid of Hennepin Blacktop Co. for <br />$56,195.53 for project 1967 -3 (Edgewood and Groveland sections <br />resurfaced)/ <br />5 Ayes. <br />Engineer Boehm read the preliminary report on the improvements for <br />Eigenheers second addition and submitted it to the council. <br />Trustee Malvin reported on the meeting held to discuss the interchange <br />at Cty Rd.J and 35W. Either plan would be acceptable to Mounds View. <br />Mr. Malvin spoke to the County Engineer after the meeting on the speed <br />problem on Silver Lake Road and was advised that the result of a study <br />of the problem will be available to the Engineer in a few days and <br />then they will review the situation again. <br />M /S /P (Malvin /Walser) -To adjourn at 10:17 P.M. 5 Ayes. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Robert Walser /Village Clerk <br />
