-3- <br />Mr. Dahl and Mr. Bobendrier questioned their cpecial use permit for <br />a Mobile Home Park. They were told that they would most likely have <br />to have everything completed before any trailers could move in. They <br />will appear at the next Agenda meeting. <br />Trustee Malvin read the July Police Report. <br />Trustee Malvin presented the June and July reports from F3 & E Patrol <br />for filing. <br />Trustee Malvin discussed the recent publicity over accident reports <br />as published in the St. Paul paper. A letter from Chief Grabowski <br />was read and the matter reviewed. All Village reports were filed <br />within 24 hours. The Highway Department has apparently lost some <br />reports and still refuses to acknowledge that a Highway Safety problem <br />exists. <br />Trustee Lang discussed a report on water usage. The quantity of Blaine <br />water used during the water tower repainting was 12,500,000 gallons. <br />We may repay, in part, with water to Blaine. <br />A petition from all of the property owners in the Langen Park addition <br />and other properties requesting improvements was received. No hearing <br />will be needed due to 100% of affected owners petitioning. <br />MIS /P (Johnson, Malvin) To order the Engineer to prepare the preliminary <br />plans and cost estimate for the Langen Park and other properties on <br />the petition. 5 Ayes <br />The proposed Horse Ordinance was read again by the Attorney. <br />Residents questioned the placement of stables, disposal of droppings, <br />staking in front yards, etc. Violations on Erickson Road were referred <br />to. Two doors down from 5446 Erickson Road (the address of the resident <br />reporting), other violations were also referred to. <br />M /S /P (Malvin, Johnson) To order 50 extra Ordinances printed for <br />distribution. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Rustad, Johnson) To adopt the Animal Control Ordinance #146. <br />5 Ayes <br />M/S P (Rustad, Lang) To approve the Lot Split, Resolution #320 for <br />tax apportionment purposes. 5Ayes <br />M /S /P (Malvin, Johnson) To approve Resolution #321, a correction for <br />Trepenier tax apportionment. <br />A letter by Attorney Richard Meyers to Mounds View Mobile Home Park, <br />with Inspectors reports listing necessary corrections was read. <br />Archie's Construction Company and owner Jack Downing reported that at <br />5133 Red Oak Drive, the service is two feet too high. Engineer Boehm <br />will check. <br />Trustee Johnson stated that Street contracts should be finished by <br />September 1, 1967. <br />
