Bids to be opened <br />Sept. 25 at 12:00 Noon.;. 5 Ayes <br />The Federal Water Grant application has been completed by the Attorney <br />and Engineer for $558,550.00 and is ready to be submitted: Included <br />in the application are new wells, storage facilities, distribution <br />lines, and water treatment plants and proposed inter - connection with the <br />water systems of New Brighton and Fridley. The total project cost is <br />estimated to be $1,331,400.00. <br />(Johnson - Rustad) Authorized expenses for two representatives to go to <br />Chicago to present the water grant application. <br />The finishing of Knollwood Drive blvds. was questioned.
