State <br />advised us of the action and want to know if we want to join in the case. <br />Attorney advised us to abstain. <br />Gulf Oil easement given approval by the Attorney turned over to the Engineer. <br />Engineer Boehm told of letter sent to NSSSD giving the anticipated hook -ups <br />in the next 5 years in the Village. <br />On Project 1967 -5 Eigenheers 2nd Addition the contractor has requested a <br />lift station manufactured by Universal Sanitary Equipment Manufacturing <br />Company, replacing the lift station originally ordered from Smith and <br />Lovelace, offering a $500.00 reduction in contract price if approved. <br />Approved by Comstock and Davis October 3, 1967.
