PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />November 27, 1967 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 27, 1967 <br />at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Clerk Walser <br />Trustee Johnson <br />Trustee Lang <br />Trustee Malvin <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />M/S/P (Johnson /Malvin) To approve the minutes of the November <br />8th meeting. <br />5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To approve the minutes of the November <br />13th meeting. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Malvin /Lang) To approve the minutes of the November 20th <br />meeting. 5 Ayes <br />Mayor Rustad reported that Floyd Snyker said December 6th the bid <br />would be let for the Silver Lake Road stop lights and that they <br />would be operating by January 1st, 1968. <br />Grading in Greenfield park was accomplished. <br />A letter was read requesting the use of the Village Hall on January 10 <br />for a DFL meeting. <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Lang) To approve the request for the DFL to use <br />the Village Hall on January 10th. <br />M /S /P (Walser /Rustad) To approve licenses for Hoffman Plumbing, <br />Kadlec Excavating, and Blaines Construction Company. <br />M /S /P (Walser /Lang) To approve bills represented by check numbers <br />3467 -3489 and 2007 -2036. <br />M/S/P (Walser /Johnson) To send request for withdrawal of audit to <br />public examiners office. <br />Request for street light at Sunnyside, north of Highway #10, South <br />of Hillview on a bend. <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ay as <br />5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Malvin /Johnson) To install a street light at Sunnyside, north <br />of Highway #10, south of Hillview on a bend. 5 Ayes <br />The Civil Defense were thanked for their election help. <br />Attorney Meyers read the agreement submitted by the Highway Department <br />regarding Silver Lake Road signal lights defining costs of installation <br />being paid by the State and County and electricity provided by Mounds <br />View. <br />
