Attorney advised no problem with zoning if adequate <br />parking and other factors are considered. The smaller lots can be <br />combined for larger units. <br />Inspector Edmond questioned problems with legal liabilities of split <br />up partnership of electrical contractors who worked on Lambert Rink. <br />Mr. Edmond questioned whether Village will pay the $18.00 cost of his <br />U of M Seminar. The Village will reimburse. <br />Attorney Meyers discussed Resolution No. 364, approving Highway 35W <br />lighting plans. <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Johnson) To adopt Resolution No. 364 approving Highway <br />35W lighting plans. 3 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers discussed a claim by Ronald Peterson against the Village <br />for water repair work. Inspector Skiba reported that Johnson Brothers <br />had removed water connection items when working on NSSSD construction. <br />When no connection was found the contractor for Ronald Peterson connected <br />to service on adjoining lot and incurred additional expense. Work was <br />done on July 4th by Farr Plumbing. Farr brought in Johnson Brothers <br />who are unlicensed in the Village, for Ronald Peterson. The Village <br />does not feel they are obligated in any way, - problem referred to <br />NSSSD. <br />Gulf Oil has granted an easement on property by the Freeway, subject <br />to 90 days addition on special use permit from January 1, 1968, and <br />building permit good until a service station is constructed. The <br />building permit has expired but it can be renewed. <br />
