- 3 - <br />Attorney reported that the Watson Construction Company assessment appeal was <br />upheld in Court. <br />M /S /P (Johnson /Malvin) Authorizing the Mayor to approve the Attorneys certificate <br />relative to titles of lands to be used in Water Improvement Project 1968 -3. 4 Ayes <br />Engineer's report: <br />Engineer Boehm reported on bid letting for Street Project 1968-1 for Eigenheer <br />Second Addition, Haugens Addition and Haluptzoks Terrace. <br />M /S /P (Rustad /Lang) To award the bid to C. S. McCrossan and to enter into a <br />contract under 1968 -1 for $29,225.85.
