2 <br />Mayor Rustad's Report <br />Mayor Rustad presented a petition received from some property owners on Long <br />Lake Road and Eastwood, objecting to a future north -south street north of <br />Sherwood. <br />A petition was also presented objectioning to water main extensions north of <br />Arden Avenue for Project 1968 -3. <br />Mayor Rustad read a letter of invitation to a banquet received from the Ramsey <br />County Agricultural Society. <br />Mayor Rustad also read a letter received from B. Peterson, 2133 Belle Lane <br />requesting their drainage problem be looked into. Referred to the Engineer. <br />Mayor Rustad read the Planning Commission minutes of July 16, 1968. <br />An abatement of assessment for Lloyd Bardwell, 8493 Spring Lake Road was discussed. <br />He will be asked to attend an agenda meeting to explain his request. <br />Meeting recessed at 8:30 P.M. <br />Park View Terrace Improvement Hearing <br />Clerk Walser read the legal notice and attested to its publication. The <br />Engineer explained the improvement stating the preliminary costs per lateral <br />foot would be about $11.28 sanitary sewer, $5.98 water, and $8.12 street and <br />drainage. Total lateral foot $25.38. Mayor Rustad called for objections. <br />No one was present concerned with the hearing.
