Carlson Air Conditioning, Al's Plumbing, and Axel Newman Heating <br />and Plumbing Company. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Lang) To approve general checks #2805 - 2824, Payroll checks #506 - 530, <br />and bond check # 1092. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To approve the following election judges: 4 Ayes <br />Bernice Johnson replacing Ginger Wendorf <br />5108 Eastwood Road (D) <br />784 -1642 <br />Jan ML- rtenson replacing Mr. R. Carney <br />2175 Bronson Drive (D) <br />784 -0138 <br />Also excused is Lorraine Bentley, replaced by Jean Miller, <br />a reserve counter. <br />Deputy Clerk inquired about restrictions on milk vending machines. Council stated <br />there was no vending machine ordinance as yet. <br />Also inquired as to whether Council would like to prepay $25,000 worth of bonds <br />dated 7/1/60 due 1/1/69. Attorney to discuss with Andy Fuller of Prescott and Co. <br />Deputy Clerk stated Village ballots not misprinted as was rumored. <br />Councilman Malvin's Report: <br />No report. <br />Councilman Johnson's Report: <br />No report. <br />Councilman Lang's Report: <br />Councilman Lang read Recreation Committee minutes which gave unanimous approval to <br />the Village - NSSSD settlement for Wayside Park. <br />Inspector's Report: <br />Electrical Inspector stated that we should require certificate of occupancy for every <br />dwelling before persons are allowed to move in. <br />
