PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />January 6, 1969 <br />A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :03 P.M. on Monday, January 6, 1969 at the <br />Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Absent: <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Also Present: <br />Deputy Clerk Zylla <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Superintendent Skiba <br />MSP (Johnson /Hodges) To appoint the New Brighton Bulletin the official <br />paper and the First State Bank of New Brighton the depository for 1969. <br />MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To adopt Resolution #421 appointing Councilman <br />Johnson NSSSD Council representative for 1969. <br />4 Aye4 <br />4 Aye <br />MSP (Rustad /Johnson) To set rezoning hearing for January 27 at 8:30 P.M. <br />for Red Oak Estates for lands generally east of Red Oak Drive between <br />Woodcrest and County Road H2. Request rezoning from R1 to R3 and B3. 4 Aye <br />Council granted Colonial Village Mobile Home Park permission to park an <br />occupied trailer in the Park while construction is in progress because <br />of the high incidence of vandalism.
