PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />March 10, 1969 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Acting Mayor Malvin at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, March 10, 1969, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Acting Mayor Malvin <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Mayor Rustad <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the minutes of February 24, 1969. <br />Acting Mayor Malvin's Report <br />Acting Mayor Malvin read the Police Report for February and the Planning <br />Commission minutes of February 25, 1969. <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson /Malvin) To set a rezoning hearing for William Gillespie on <br />April 14th at 8:30 o'clock p.m. to consider amending the official zoning map <br />from R1 residential to B3 commercial for purposes of conducting a used car <br />sales lot. Property is the front 300 feet of Lot 61 Auditors Subdivision #89. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To accept the resignation of Charles Larson from the <br />Mounds View Planning Commission effective February 25, 1969. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges /Johnson) To approve the following licenses: General Contractor <br />licenses - Tri -Co. Builders, Inc. and Dailey Homes, Inc. and Heating license - <br />B & M Heating & Plumbing. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson /Malvin) To approve the bills for approval as follows: General <br />checks # 3127-3159, Bond checks # 474 and 475, and Payroll checks # 741 -768. 4 Ayes <br />$138,479.51 <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve a subdivision and variance request for <br />Wayne Depew for a lot described as the East 80 feet of the South 175 feet of <br />the West 2087 feet of Northeast quarter Section 6, Township 30, Range 23. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Johnson /Blanchard) To approve the subdivision for Gordon Lampert. The <br />new lot would be the East 125 feet of Lot 83 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition <br />subject to road easement of 29 feet. Approval is subject to signing an additional <br />assessment agreement on the newly created lot. Mr. Lampert was present and signed <br />the agreement in front of the Council. <br />MSP (Hodges /Johnson) To approve the subdivision and a variance request for White <br />Oak Builders of Parcel #59- 0060 - 070 -30 on the Southeast corner of Eastwood and <br />Ardan subject to signing of the additional assessment agreement.
