PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />April 14, 1969 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, April 14, 1969, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Absent: <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To approve the minutes of March 24th. <br />Mayor Rustad's Report <br />Mayor Rustad read the police report for March. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the following licenses: Cigarette Ron <br />& Daves Skelly, Pete's Skelly; Excavating - Gilbertson Sanitation; <br />General Contracting - Viking Sign & Service, Arvid Birkeland Company, <br />Toppari Cement, Jesco, Inc.; and Miscellaneous - Gallagher's Service, Inc. <br />and J & W Pickup Service. <br />MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To approve the following general checks #3186 -3223 <br />and payroll checks #795 -816, Total disbursements $19,469.12. <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve a request for Robert Eigenheer to subdivide <br />Lot 14 and the E 130' of Lot 13 Block 2 Greenfield Addition into 4 lots <br />subject to signing the additional assessment agreement and the payment of <br />fees. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To approve Resolution #437 apportioning the <br />assessments on Division #40054 Lots 108 and 109 Knollwood Park Addition <br />for Wikner and Twin City Federal. <br />Inspector's Report <br />Building Inspector, Chris Piehowski, asked about the Dietz garage. Garage <br />was moved into the village illegally and as yet has not been removed. <br />Council told Mr. Piehowski to send Mr. Dietz a letter reminding him to have <br />the garage removed. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers noted that we have a rezoning hearing April 28th in which <br />town houses are proposed but they are not specifically incorporated in our <br />zoning ordinance classification, Mr. Meyers recommends including them <br />under R -3. <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />
