Who will stand cost of County Roads? <br />Walter Kastner, 5066 Longview, informed rezoning North of Woodale only. <br />Arden Wahlberg, 5092 Red Oak Drive, fewer people would want to move into <br />residential areas. <br />Developer would take out 30 single family permits before they started. <br />Mayor Rustad at this time appointed a committee to study Village zoning with <br />particular attention directed to apartments. <br />Committee <br />Ernie Johnson <br />Roger Nielson <br />Howard Neison <br />Norman Chervany <br />Ed Dropps <br />Don Sandstrom <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the above committee appointments. <br />Patrick Ubl, 5169 Red Oak Drive, ordinance adopted yet for town houses? No. <br />Jim Nerdahl, 7941 Edgewood Drive, police and fire will increase. Will streets be <br />dedicated? Yes. <br />Keith Harstad asked what about a J pattern for town houses. Would people approve <br />the project then. <br />Mayor Rustad stated that we can't change the proposal at this time. <br />Diane Williams, 5166 Longview, palatable. Motive money. Our motives residential. <br />Pat Gammell, 5080 Longview, what type of students would project bring in? <br />Mr. Copeland, apartments not second class. <br />Mrs. Jean DiGiovanni, not lower grade. <br />Roger Nielsen, 2233 Knoll Drive, interested citizen. How many apartments now <br />and in process? <br />Don Muller, 5115 Greenwood Drive, moved out to Mounds View to get residential. <br />Show of hands: Against: Approximately 110, For: 8 <br />Ernie Gustafson, 2525 County Road I, taxes going up up. Home doesn't pay. <br />Martin Ehrhardt, 5126 Greenwood Drive, wants 30 day delay. People expressed <br />their opinion. <br />Mr. Copeland, very obvious not as many people opposed this time and not as strong. <br />Project not affecting the health, safety and welfare of the Village. Village not <br />run by committees. <br />Mayor Rustad closed the hearing at 9:56 P.M. <br />
