MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the subdivision request for Selmer Sakariason <br />to divide the S 80' of the E 239' of unplatted lands Ex Eastwood Road the N 405' <br />of S 2025' of E 528' of W 1584' of NE 1/4 Sec. 6. <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the subdivision request for White Oak Builders <br />to divide the S 120' of E 100' of S 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4; and the <br />SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 in Sec. 7. <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To deny the variance request for Richard Hedin, Lot 3, <br />Woodlawn Terrace to build a 1080 square foot garage. 3 Ayes <br />Councilman Blanchard's Report <br />Minutes of the Human Rights Commission were presented to file. <br />Councilman Blanchard announced that roads are being repaired and street signs <br />are being replaced. <br />Robert Edmond, electrical inspector, desired clarification on the construction <br />progress in the Towns Edge Terrace Mobile Home Park. Council stated that the <br />owners must complete each phase except for sodding before they go to another. <br />It seems,according to Edmond, electrical work is being done by other than a <br />qualified electrician. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To approve Resolution #445 to the NSSSD relative to <br />connection charge reimbursements and amendments to the sewer use agreement. 3 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Rustad) To approve Ordinance #167 amending Ordinance #141 regulating <br />street openings. 3 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm requested the Council to look at the Edgewood walkway after <br />the meeting. It seems where the students walk is not where the easement <br />exists. <br />Engineer Boehm announced Sandstrom and Hafner is repairing the watermain break <br />on Edgewood just north of County Road H. <br />The Minnesota Highway Department will be attending the next agenda meeting to <br />discuss the relocation and /or planning of village utilities with regard to the <br />construction of new STH 10. <br />A resident requested information on when Greenwood Drive would be complete. <br />Services to be put in under 1969 -4 and blacktop to follow next year.
