- 4 - <br />Councilman Blanchard stated that many times a project may cost him votes <br />personally but that he feels that he also should always act in the best <br />interests of the community. <br />Councilman Hodges stated that in the area there was spot rezoning now but he <br />asked if this is the right place for the development proposed. <br />Councilman Johnson stated that he could not see the development in the area <br />which it is in at the present time. <br />Councilman Malvin asked about the commitment which Red Owl was supposed to <br />have made to Mr. Gustafson.
