Total <br />disbursements $329,949.64. <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad /Hodges) To approve Resolution #465 apportioning the assessments <br />on Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition Lot 9, Division #40706. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Rustad) To approve Resolution #466 apportioning the assessments <br />on Langan Park except Lot 5 Block 7 and Lots 1 -8 Division #40705. <br />MSP (Rustad /Hodges) To approve Resolution #467 apportioning the assessments <br />of the E 3/4 of the S 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7 Division <br /># 41155. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To approve Resolution #468 abating assessments totaling <br />$201.00 on parcel #59- 0070 - 040 -81 Division #41155. 4 Ayes <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges stated that the skating rinks are being watered and that he <br />expects them to be in good condition very shortly. <br />Councilman Hodges also announced that the turn out of prospective warming house <br />attendants has been very good. <br />Councilman Blanchard's Report <br />Councilman Blanchard announced that there has been a reported water main break <br />at Silver Lake Road and Woodcrest Drive. <br />Councilman Blanchard also stated that conversations with the Public Works <br />Superintendent it has been decided to keep one man in the village at all <br />times when fire calls are received. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To approve the installation of a street light at the <br />intersection of Red Oak Drive and Woodale Drive. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Malvin) To approve the use of the village hall for Girl Scout <br />Troops #594 and #194 Friday, December 12th from 8:00 to 10:00 P.M. and also the <br />Mounds View Lions Club, Thursday, December 18th at 7:30 P.M., subject to the <br />usual clean up conditions. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers commenting on the personnel policy which he had received stated <br />that he saw nothing legally wrong with the provisions of the policy except that <br />veterans preference laws would apply. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To adopt the personnel policy for all maintenance <br />employees. Copies to be distributed to all employees. <br />Attorney Meyers stated that representatives of the NSSSD and some of the <br />Councilmen, the Clerk, and himself will meet tomorrow to discuss the contract <br />revisions. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />
