- 3 - <br />Attorney Meyers stated that the condemnation commissioners for 1968 -3 had <br />contacted him and stated that they would require the use of the village <br />hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 A.M. when they begin their condem- <br />nation hearings. <br />Mounds View curfew ordinance was tabled. <br />MSP (Rustad /Hodges) To approve Resolution #469 appointing L. J. Blanchard, <br />the Village of Mounds View representative to the NSSSD for December 1969. 4 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm read a letter from Suburban Engineering requesting the village <br />acceptance of the Colonial Village sewer line. Engineer Boehm stated that he <br />had found the sewer lines acceptable. <br />Engineer Boehm advised that because the geological formation found at well #3 <br />was not anticipated a change order should be considered by the Mounds View <br />Council. The formation found there necessitates a well screen. The lack of <br />one could necessitate a structural failure. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To approve Change Order #1 Project 1968 -3 Schedule E <br />Well #3 totaling $9,603.00 in decreased costs and $8,877.00 in increased costs, <br />net change is a decrease in the contract by $726.00. <br />Engineer Boehm also stated that he had received a request from HUD for some <br />additional information which he believes he already has sent in. A progress <br />report on Pioject 1968 -3 was also furnished by Engineer Boehm. <br />Dave Greene, of the Human Rights Commission, was in the audience and stated <br />that there would be two vacancies on the Human Rights Commission come <br />January 1, 1970. <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To adjourn at 8:56 P.M. 4 Ayes <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />sU2. <br />Dennis S.
