Mayor Rustad stated that he felt if the property wasin't rezoned multiple <br />dwelling tonight that it would be zoned for commercial later. <br />Councilman Malvin stated that in the future all housing would reach a point <br />where it would be up and not out. <br />Councilman Hodges thought that he would like to see an overall plan of the <br />development. He wondered if permits had been taken out on the piece to the <br />West of this property. Total <br />disbursements $233,457.52. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve Resolution #473 apportioning the assessments <br />on Division #41146 White Oak Estates Addition. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad /Neisen) Approving the assignment of $200,000 Federal Intermediate <br />Credit Banks pledged to the Village of Mounds View through the First State Bank <br />of New Brighton. <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges stated they have tried to put an ice rink on Spring Lake but <br />the ice has proved to be too soft for municipal equipment. <br />Councilman Blanchard's Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To allow all of the maintenance men to attend a training <br />session at Waldor Pump and Equipment Company to improve their knowledge of the <br />municipal lift station pumps. <br />MSP (Rustad /Malvin) To approve the installation of three street lights. One <br />at Knollwood and County Road I, one at Knollwood and Oakwood and one at Oakwood <br />and Groveland. <br />Responding to a question Councilman Hodges stated that Brauer and Associates <br />would be in attendance at the next Recreation meeting set for January 21st. <br />They would be presenting a cost estimate for a comprehensive park study. <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />
