PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />March 16, 1970 <br />A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 7:10 P.M. on Monday, March 16, 1970, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Councilman Neisen <br />Absent: <br />Councilman Malvin <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Inspector Skiba <br />MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To hold a hearing March 31st, 1970 at 6:00 P.M. to <br />consider the matter of suspension or revocation of the on sale intoxicating <br />liquor license of Burton Rozman and Bennett Goldberg, and if there are any <br />further violations between now and the hearing the Chief of Police is <br />authorized to padlock the Mermaid Supper Club. <br />Bennett Goldberg asked if there were any violations that warranted suspension. <br />Chief Grabowski explained that the problems centered around contact with <br />minors and other disturbances. <br />Some discussion followed and Mayor Rustad stated the licensees could present <br />their views more fully on March 31st. <br />4 Ayes <br />Burton Rozman stated that security precautions have been greatly increased <br />since last weekend. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To adjourn at 7:19 P.M. 4 Ayes <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />UAAA-4 114-' <br />Dennis S.
