MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To reset the hearing scheduled for April 13th for <br />PBK Investment Company to consider a mobile home park for May 25th. <br />A letter was received requesting an extension to May 11th. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Hodges /Rustad) To approve the following licenses: General - Lundeen <br />Construction; Heating - B & M Plumbing & Heating; Miscellaneous - J & W <br />Pickup Service, All -State Disposal Service, Inc., Peterson Bros. Sanitation <br />Inc., and Suburban Pickup Service Inc. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To approve the following bills: General checks <br />#4054 - 4107, Payroll checks #1400 - 1418. Total disbursements $95,865.14. <br />Also a transfer of $15,796.67 from Revolving Fund to Sewer Bond. Interest <br />FICB's dated December 1, 1969. General check #4108. <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges stated he had attended a meeting for a day camp program for <br />retarded children sponsored by the Roseville Park Department. <br />Councilman Hodges also stated the Lakeside Park Commission was considering <br />treating 32 acres of Spring Lake at a cost of $1,072.00. They would also <br />like to get $1,500.00 in additional funds to improve the park. Mayor Rustad <br />stated that if they needed more money they should have asked in the fall at <br />budget time. <br />Councilman Hodges reported he received a call from Dr. Witter of the School <br />Board asking his attendance at a meeting April 15th at Irondale to discuss <br />the School Bond issue. <br />Councilman Hodges referred the Brauer contract to Attorney Meyers. <br />Councilman Neisen's Report <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To send Art Holm to the University of Minnesota <br />sponsored Water Operators School April 29th - May 1st and pay the $25.00 <br />registration fee and all related expenses. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #478 endorsing and supporting the <br />#621 Growth Coordination Committee and providing for representation on such <br />committee. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To adopt Ordinance #174 amending Ordinance #124 <br />amending the fire prevention code. 4 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers announced that the matter of the School District assessment <br />appeals will be heard in District Court May 20th and May 21st. <br />
