Mounds View versus Emerald Excavating and Mounds View <br />versus State Auto. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To agree to settle the Mounds View versus Emerald <br />Excavating for $550 and authorize the Mayor to sign the documents closing <br />the case. <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To authorize a settlement payment of $5,000 to <br />Mounds View and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the necessary <br />papers. <br />The case rose out of Mounds View versus Gifford and the failure of our <br />insurance company to defend us. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm made a progress report on the HUD Project. Well #5 will be <br />completed by the weekend, Well #4 and #6 in a month or so.
