<br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
<br />Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, June 22, 1970, at the Village Hall, 2401
<br />Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

<br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To approve the minutes of June 8, 1970.
<br />Mayor Rustad's Report
<br />Mayor Rustad announced that the Recreation Committee meeting was changed from
<br />June 23rd to June 30th, 1970 at 7:30.
<br />Mayor Rustad read the Planning Commission Report for June 16th, 1970.
<br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To approve a lot split for applicant Shaffer Real
<br />Estate, Inc. to make two lots out of 8325 Red Oak Drive, the Warren Quam
<br />property subject to street easement dedication. The N 101.25' of the
<br />S 2025' of the E 528' of W 1056' Section 6 Township 30 Range 23.
<br />Mayor Rustad read portions of a letter from Northern States Power stating they
<br />will do everything in their power to prevent a power shortage during the
<br />projected peak load demands in July and August of this year.
