The attorney turned over an award check for $50.00 which Peter J. Max and <br />Winona J. Max have endorsed for our endorsement and deposit. <br />Award of $300.00 to Vern Wilson will be held on deposit until he can be located. <br />Attorney Meyers reported that the $11,000 property award of court commissioners <br />for the well site and damages to property on Groveland Road near Bronson Drive <br />had been appealed and that he had also appealed the award to protect the village <br />interests. The village appraisal had been for $8,000.
