- 3 - <br />MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To enforce a complete sprinkling ban from 3 - 11 P.M. <br />until further notice due to low water pressure. <br />The Civil Defense will be asked to use their truck to assist in informing Mounds <br />View residents. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To adopt Ordinance #177 amending Ordinance #98 changing <br />the site requirement in a mobile home park from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet and the <br />concrete slab requirement from 2 inches to 4 inches. 4 Ayes <br />Attorney Meyers announced that the attorney for Howard Thorsen had promised to <br />withdraw his appeal of the $11,000 commissioners award if Mounds View would pay <br />the assessments.
