Total Disbursements - $154,160.44. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Rustad/Malvin) To approve check #4439 to Layne Minnesota Company the final <br />estimate on Project 1970 -2, repair of Well #2, and to enter into a one year <br />maintenance agreement. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin / Rustad) To advertise for bids for a 1971 police station wagon, <br />with bid opening on October 12th at 8:00 P.M. <br />Clerk - Administrator Z,rlla read a letter from the persons bordering the Edgewood <br />walkway requesting that it be fenced at Village expensa. Discussion followed on <br />costs, the possibility of setting a precedent for fencing v :LlLage property, and <br />the placement of the walkway.
