Said im- <br />provement consists of the following work: <br />1. WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. County Road J— Eastwood Road to <br />Groveland Road. • <br />B. Eastwood Road — County Road J to 500' <br />South. <br />C. Long Lake Road (West) — County Road J <br />to Arden Avenue. <br />D. Sherwood Road — Jackson Drive to <br />Quincy Street. <br />E. County Road 1— Groveland Road to S. T. <br />H. 10. <br />F. State Trunk Hwy. 10 (South)— County <br />Road 1. to Long Lake Road. <br />G. Long l,,ake Road— S.T.H. 10 to Woodale <br />Drive. • <br />H. Ridge Lane —Long Lake Road to Iron- <br />dale Road. <br />I. State Trunk Hwy. 10— Raymond Avenue <br />to County Road H. <br />J. Raymond Avenue — County Road H to <br />County Road 14-2. <br />K. Woodland, Avenue— Jackson Drive to <br />Quincy Streit). <br />L. Woodale Drive (North) — Pleasant View <br />Drive to 300' least. <br />M. Interstate Hwy. 35W (West)-42' North <br />of to 630' South of. Oakland Ave. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for <br />special benefit derived from said im- <br />provement is every lot, piece and parcel <br />abutting on the above described streets and <br />Highways. <br />The roll of assessments is now on file in . <br />the office of the Village Clerk. <br />AU persons whose property mitt be so <br />assessed may, at the above stated tiMaand <br />place, present oral or written objections to <br />said assessments. <br />Dated September 1, 1970. <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />Dennis Zylia <br />Village Clerk- Administrator <br />(Bulletin: Sept. 10, 17, 1970) <br />Engineer Boehm described the project and pointed out the areas to be assessed on <br />a map. He stat31 that watermain was being assessed $5.50 p32. foot and water services <br />were being assessed $125.11 ev2h,. <br />Mr. Danielson, 8445 Eastwood Road, objected to water assessment in back since water <br />was in front on Eastwood Road. Engineer Boehm explained that this assessment was <br />on a new lot (Lot 5) which did not border. Da Eastwood Road. Itc. Danielson also <br />would .like reimbursement for a cut tractor tire ($20). He feels a service should <br />be installed to Lot 5 also. Min. Danielson doesnit feel he has benefited. <br />Mr, Peary Copeland, representing White Oak Builder's, requested information on the <br />calculation o=' frontage for parcel O30 --81 and 170 - -5:) in Section 7 and S respectively. <br />He stated parcel 030• -81 should nob be assessed for more than 184 feet. He stated <br />he (canted parcel 170 -50 recalculated since he does n;t '_;el the 1633.3 foot figure <br />used by the engineer is a <br />curate. <br />Mr. Danielson asked abut having his property resurveyed since the contractor knocked <br />out some stakes. Mayor Rustad stated that he should :include his comments in a letter <br />to the Council before final payment is made to the contractor. <br />
