Laport Drive —Red Oak Drive to Fair- <br />child Avenue. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for <br />speclal benefit derived from said im- <br />provement is every lot, piece and parcel <br />abutting on the above described streets. <br />The roll of assessments is now on file in <br />the oNice of the Villege Clerk. <br />All persons whose property might be so <br />assessed may, at the above stated time and <br />peace, present oral or written objections to <br />said assessments. <br />Dated September 1, 1970. <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />Dennis Zytie, <br />Village Clerk - Administrator <br />(Bulletin: Sept. 10 and 17, 1970) <br />Engineer Boehm described the project and gave the following cost per foot figures: <br />Sanitary Sewer $12.42 Sewer Service $295.21 <br />Watermain $ 4.86 Water Service $205.20 <br />Watermain 1960-2 ' r;a j ect only $3.55 <br />Storm Sewer (Bona Road) $2.62 <br />Storm Sever (Laport Dr'.ve and Greenwood Drive) $5.67 <br />&ty D,,yle asked about storm sewer benefit on Greenwood Drive. He felt the costs <br />should be spread around more to other benefited property. <br />Mr. Doyle also asked who had requested the improvement. Previous minutes reflected <br />that White Oak Builders had present' a petition for the street surfacing. <br />Mr. Copeland, representing Mr. Warren Johnson, asked about 'b" ■ spread of the storm <br />sewer assessment and questioned the cost of surfacing Greenwood versus the cost of <br />surfacing Bona Road, Ardan A,renue and Laport since Greenwood was a usable oiled <br />ro -,a p rri.lusly. He felt that the cost per foot Should be lower on Greenwood Drive. <br />Mrs. Margaret Veno wanted information on stub costs and location. <br />
