August Spitzer, 7859 Woodlawn, objected to being assessed on Bona Road since <br />he was assessed on Woodlawn. Mr. Visger, 7815 Woodlawn, also objected for the <br />same reason. They stated that at the improvement hearing they were told they <br />would not .a L3sessed until the property was subdivided. <br />George Payne asked about the cost of storm sewer on Laport Drive. He questioned <br />the calculation of the number of feet. <br />John Capetz inquired into the dual assessment on the lots between Edgewood and <br />Bona Road bordering on County Road I. <br />Porc .* Cope1 nd speaking for White Oak Builders, objected to the water assessment <br />on Irondale Road and Woadc:ro t for $3.85 per foot. This assessment was missed <br />in the early 1960's and the error was found when t h-o p:_'aperty was platted. <br />Mr. Copeland is objecting since too much time has gone by therefore the ViL1:kg- <br />has lost the right to assess it now.
