The East 30' of Lot 82 except the <br />87.25' Knollwood Park. <br />The South 40' of the East 153.13' <br />The East 30' of Lot 82 except the <br />Knollwood Park. <br />3 <br />East 306.26' thereof and except the South <br />of Lot 82 Knollwood Park. <br />East 306.26' and except the North 87.25' <br />Attorney Meyers also stated that he felt any future dedications should be <br />formally accepted and read into the minutes. <br />Attorney Meyers presented a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance which <br />reduces lot size requirements in R -1 districts to the Council for review. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm presented the legal description necessary for the Gulf Oil <br />road vacation at 135 and TH10 and Highway Avenue. <br />Engineer Boehm stated that he has received a letter from the MSA screening <br />committee which in effect has decided that if you don't use your allotment <br />of MSA funds yearly your future allotment will be reduced accordingly. <br />MSP (Malvin /Blanchard) To accept the final plans and specifications for <br />fencing the water tower (1968 -3 Sch.D) and to advertise for bids on <br />November 23rd at 12 noon.(Fence Improvement Project 1970 -5) <br />Engineer Boehm stated that landscaping around the booster station and wells <br />has been delayed due to inclement weather. <br />Attorney Meyers stated that he has received a request from the police chief to <br />draft an ordinance regarding narcotic violations not covered by State statutes. <br />Councilman Blanchard felt that the Civil Defense truck should be used if <br />possible to advertise the November 16th golf course hearing. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Birchem, 2761 Sherwood Road, appeared before the Council to seek <br />their assistance in getting some major defects in their home construction <br />repaired. Inspector Skiba was to list the defects with the builder and <br />owner present in the hope that the builder would comply with his directions. <br />Councilman Malvin stated that no more persons should be allowed to move into <br />the apartments on TH10 and Sunnyside Road until the owners live up to their <br />agreements, like fencing. <br />MSP (Malvin /Hodges) To adjourn at 9:13 P.M. <br />spectfully Submitted, <br />) <br />ptl'y`L�c <br />Dennis S.
