PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />December 28, 1970 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Acting Mayor Malvin at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 28, 1970, at the Village <br />Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Acting Mayor Malvin <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Councilman Neisen <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk - Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />Mayor Rustad <br />MSP (Hodges /Blanchard) To approve the minutes of December 14th, 1970. 4 Ayes <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the licenses as listed on the attached <br />sheet. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the following checks except #4783: <br />General checks #4761 -4791, Payroll checks #1807 -1833, and transfer check #074 <br />transferring $3,473.20 to Sewer Bond from WS- MINN -45. Total disbursements <br />$17,961.60. <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Neisen) To approve check #4783 for $1,900.00 the final estimate <br />to Norm Ganz Fencing for Project 1970 -5, the fencing around water tower #2 <br />and to enter into a one year maintenance agreement. Completed contract <br />price $1,900.00. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Hodges /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #508 apportioning the assessments on <br />Division #42512 on Lot 59 Auditors Subdivision #89 for Eigenheer Builders and <br />Brentwood Builders. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To adopt Resolution #509 apportioning the assessments <br />on Division #42321 on 59- 0060 - 010 -23 for Honebrink and Harris. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Hodges) To appoint the firm of George M. Hansen Company to audit <br />the records of the Village for the period January 1, 1968 to December 31, 1970 <br />for a sum not to exceed $4,800.00. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers announced that the Mounds View versus Red Oak Estates court case <br />stills scheduled for January 4th at 2:00 P.M. Persons still interested in <br />testifying as having bought in reliance of existing zoning should contact the <br />office or his office. <br />4 Ayes <br />
