- 3 - <br />Councilman Neisen's Report <br />Councilman Neisen reported on the bid opening for the tractor held on Saturday <br />at 12 noon in which only one bid was received. <br />MSP (Neisen /Rustad) To reject the bid of A and M Industrial Tractor Inc. and <br />to readvertise for tractor bids for May 10th at 4:30 P.M., and to advertise for <br />two part time men aged 18 or above for summer work at $2.50 per hour. <br />Councilman Neisen reported that the sewer break at 8310 Eastwood was repaired. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers reported on Planning Commission Chairman Stole's request for <br />information on reimbursing Council members and Commission members for time lost <br />from work for court appearances. Members subpoenaed are entitled only to <br />statutory expenses unless they are non Village witnesses or called by the <br />Village which case they would be entitled to out of pocket expenses only. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To adopt Resolution #522 authorizing the Mayor and <br />Clerk to enter into a joint purchasing agreement with the County of Ramsey, a <br />copy of the agreement attached to the resolution. <br />Attorney Meyers presented copies of Ordinances #185 and #186 passed on April 12th. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To adopt Ordinance #187 amending Ordinance #58, the Dog <br />Ordinance, raising the license, impounding and board fees and requiring an <br />innoculation certificate for rabies upon application for a license. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To adjourn at 9:33 P.M. 4 Ayes <br />espectfully Submitted, <br />Dennis S.
