- 2 - <br />A list of three certified applicants was presented by the Commission: Timothy <br />Ramacher, Frances Ellis and Raymond Vernon. <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To appoint Timothy Ramacher to the Mounds View Police <br />Department as patrolman effective June lst, 1971. 5 Ayes <br />Councilman Johnson read the Planning Commission minutes of May 18th. <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To approve the preliminary plat of 5 lots for Donald <br />Chapman for 59- 0060 - 020 -23 subject to the inclusion of Parcel 030 -23 in the plat <br />if possible. <br />MSP (Rustad /Hodges) To approve the preliminary plat for DeGardner 2nd Addition <br />for four lots. <br />MSP (Rustad /Blanchard) To approve the subdivision of Art Worcester for Lot 14 <br />Knollwood Park Addition into the N 250' and Ex thereof. <br />Mayor Rustad called the hearing to consider moving a building into the Village <br />to order at 8:37 P.M. <br />The reading of the legal notice, published May 13th, was dispensed, but the Clerk <br />gave the location and subject matter of the request.
