- 3 - <br />3 - The Village would pay, assume or abate all taxes and assessments on said <br />property in consideration of the conveyance of the fee title to the Village. <br />4 - The property upon being developed as a public park and /or historical site <br />would carry an appropriate name commemorating Mr. Moga's contribution to the <br />Village of Mounds View, such as Moga Park, Rice Creek Park or another suitable <br />name. <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To appoint the Clerk to prepare a letter with the above <br />points included to be sent to Mr. Moga. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm stated that he had received a complaint about flooding from <br />Mr. B. Teslow, 7932 Fairchild Avenue. Engineer Boehm said there is no <br />possible way the flooding could be caused from the drainage swale and that <br />it must be coming through the basement walls. <br />Engineer Boehm reported on the Utilities Relocation Agreement between the Village <br />and the State of Minnesota. <br />Meeting recessed at 8:29 P.M. <br />The street vacation hearing was brought to order at 8:30 P.M. <br />Attorney Meyers read the legal notice for the vacation of street right -of -way <br />for the property described as follows: The North 30' of Holschuh Addition <br />dedicated for Woodale Drive. <br />4 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm pointed out the area on the map. <br />Mayor Rustad called for objections. There were none. <br />Attorney Meyers stated there are no utilities in and that no public purpose for <br />the right -of -way exists. <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To adopt Resolution #524 vacating the street right -of -way <br />for the North 30' of Holschuh Addition dedicated for Woodale Drive. 4 Ayes <br />Arnold Johnson, builder, requested permission to take out a building permit for <br />the lot abutting the above 30 feet. There were no objections, however a <br />discussion followed on the side yard setback. <br />The hearing adjourned at 8:45 P.M. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report continued. <br />Attorney Meyers read the Utilities Relocation Agreement. This would be for <br />utilities put in under N w STH 10 on Jackson Drive and on Jong Lake Road. <br />Mayor Rustad stated that perhaps the Revolving Fund money could be used for this. <br />Attorney Meyers recommended that the agreement be signed. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Rustad) To adopt Resolution #525 approving the Utilities <br />Relocation Agreement between the Village of Mounds View and the State of Minnesota. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To adjourn at 8:50 P.M. 4 Ayes <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />M.
