Attorney Meyers explained that various communities are seeking legal relief <br />from their sewer bills sent out by the Metropolitan Sewer Board. He felt that <br />it may be beneficial for Mounds View to have him protect our interest and he <br />felt that not to do so may put us in an undesireable position relative to <br />other communities. <br />MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To authorize Attorney Meyers to notify the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Board regarding our interests in the termination of the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District and relative to their billing us for deferred charges. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To adopt Resolution #553 requesting the Commissioner of <br />Highways to recommend to the Federal Highway Administrator the selection of <br />roads and streets herein described, County Road J west from 35W to the west <br />corporate limit, as part of the federal aid urban system. 4 Ayes <br />Rustad Naye <br />Walter Skiba reported that Consolidated Electric would be coming out to conduct <br />a school to show our men how to operate the new water control system equipment. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To adjourn at 10:17 P.M. 5 Ayes <br />ectfully Submitted, <br />Dennis S.
