- 4 - <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers reported that the Chies versus Barton Contracting plus the <br />Mounds View versus Moen lawsuit are still open matters. The latter being <br />assigned to Anoka District Court. <br />Attorney Meyers reported that he has met with the Metropolitan Sewer Board at <br />which time he presented an objection to our 1972 bill and made a formal request <br />to be informed of the disposition of the $540,000 in cash which was acquired <br />by the Board in the takeover of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm reported that the plans for street construction in 1972 should <br />be ready by the next Council meeting. <br />Engineer Boehm stated that he has received a report from Clerk Zylla which was <br />submitted by Universal Tank on changing the ladder on Tower #2 to conform to <br />Federal regulations. <br />MSP (Johnson /Pickar) To adjourn at 9:47 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Dennis S. ylla, <br />Clerk- Administrator <br />5 Ayes <br />
