' <br />7ouncilman Johnson questioned Clerk Zylla as to whether he had started new procedures <br />uggested by the auditor relative to the J.P.'s court methods. In addition, no reply has been <br />received from Dr. Witter on Mounds View's letter inquiring about a possible free skating <br />rink on the Edgewood School property. <br />Councilman Pickar's Report <br />Councilman Pickar announced that the Lakeside Park Commission was meeting Wednesday, <br />September 27, 1972. <br />Tn discussing the traffic problem at County Road I and Quincy, Councilman Pickar stated <br />
